Imam Bukhari has written this narration that Rasoolullah (SAW) said, "Allah" does not take away the knowledge by taking it away from the hearts of people but takes it away by the death of "Ulama" (Islamic Scholars) till when none of the Ulama remains, people will take as their chiefs ignorant persons, who when asked (about a religious issue) will give their verdict without knowledge so they will go astray and will lead the people astray." ( Al Bukhari. )
Islamic Academy of Saskatchewan Canada ( Darul Uloom) is the answer and solution to the calamity mentioned in the above Hadith. The objective is to produce such Ulamas who would have sound Islamic knowledge along with Taqwa (righteousness) under the training of Allah (SWT) fearing and conversant instructors. It is an inevitable necessity of the Muslims of North America that bright and outstanding Muslim children of this land should have an institution, where they can quench their thirst for Islamic knowledge. Knowledge is the Imam (Leader) of Amal (Practice).
Our ultimate goal is to succeed in this world and in the hereafter by following the entire commandments of Allah (SWT) according to the Sunnah of Rasoolullah (SAW). This cannot be achieved without the knowledge of "Wahi" (Revelation). AlhamduLillah! To fulfill this objective we have acquired appropriate premises.
